We hear your concerns about resources and balance, and we’re committed to addressing them with radical transparency. We Own it that the current pace is demanding, but we expect a good 40 hours of work to be sufficient for most roles to maintain work-life balance.
We are actively working to Elevate it for our Sales team. To address the strain on our Sales Engineers, we’re making significant investments to increase headcount in the US and internationally. We’ve already grown 71.4% over the last 12 months! We’ve committed to addressing workload and headcount discrepancies as we continue to scale.
