      Clean, long breaks, paid lunch, only work 7 days every 14 (34 hours and 44 hours per week) 3 days one week 4 days next week.

      Good learning for fresh out of college as you get hands-on on everything

      Cons

      Since it is a tier 1- You have to be hands - on from day 1 and you were expected to wear multiple hats at once.
