Pros
Good medical benefits, flexible time off and sabbatical policy (if you make it that long). Really fun culture and opportunities to get to know people outside of work meetings.
Cons
Stagnant career growth for employees that don't fall in line, huge disconnect between employees and management, vindictive behavior in senior leadership that was never addressed/ignored, poor hiring practices, hiring "experts" with no SaaS experience, fake mission and values, promoting based on tenure not performance, scaling too quickly leading to layoffs in the same year, some leaders within the organization demonstrated inefficiencies in budget management, resulting in the expenditure of over half a million dollars within a single year, and laying off a quarter of the staff six weeks before the end of the year with an insulting severance package.
They'll lure you in with their mission, but beware, they're not ingrained in the day-to-day because if it was, all of leadership would be gone.
