I cannot think of any cons

The residents are what kept me there as long as I was employed there

The lack of communication from management, the scheduling always changes, lack of responsibility from other employees, employees not being fully held accountable for their actions, employees showing up late or not at all for their shifts, management expecting you to work for 3/4 people when there's only YOU working on all 3 hallways or only YOU on a memory care unit! Lack of responsibility from management on the drug use from employees and nothing was being done about it. Honestly, the facility needs to worry about the falling apart building, then just thinking about the money and putting a head in a bed! And dont even get me started on the constant roach and bugs constantly being in the residents rooms!
