Pros
Colleagues and environment is friendly. The bosses I worked with are kind, and understanding. There is a large exposure with regard to real estate work as the company deals with all types of real estate.
Cons
The salary offered is lower than market rate and the company is unwilling to offer anything more than the lowest price. There are a couple of incompetent bosses who take leave when deadlines are approaching, and who are rude to their staff. The hiring process is extremely slow, and even if a department is shorthanded, the management refuses to hire more people. There is little to no career progression.
