Pros
Great happy hours. Good life-work balance. Technological, takes care of the employees logistically and financially. Decent salary.
Cons
Extremely toxic environment from administration & certain higher-ups at the Tel Aviv office. Felt like a sinking ship, most influential people left within a range of a few months. No leadership. Managers don't really care about their employees. No conversations about whereabouts or ambitions for the future.
