      Pros

      Remote flexibility and simple platform interface.

      Cons

      Submitted 50+ qualified candidates and none received the promised AI interview invitations. Communication from the platform was extremely limited, recruiter support was unresponsive, and there was no transparency regarding candidate progression or hiring activity. The platform also never requested recruiter payout or payment details despite operating as a pay-per-deal model, which raised concerns about process legitimacy and operational transparency.
