Established company that has a long list of active clients
Cons
Although women only make up 20% of the workforce; they are fired five times more often than the men. Multiple sexual harassment complaints have been made to HR without any action being taken. The company cannot even put a door on the women's bathroom in the shop. If this isn't being marginalized, I don't know what is.
