Pros
Great career starter, if you're fresh out of college or looking to break into a particular market this is a great place to start. They offer telehealth, medical/dental, and 14 days vacation once you become a full-time employee. As it stands the manager overseeing the IT department is effective at giving you opportunities for personal development and growth. If you have skills in the information technology domain there is a good chance you'll be able to utilize them.
Cons
There is a major learning curve with the current internal software being used at the company. There may be times when you are expected to learn new processes quickly or on your own. You must be self motivated and organized to be effective at this job. Any job will have things that you may not want to do but need to be done. I wouldn't necessarily categorize this as a con, but I would consider being prepared to do things you don't want to do. To reach the market average for this position you will have to spend some time here.
