      - Completely remote so there's not favouritism for 'on-site' colleagues - Growth seems to be on the right trajectory - Schedule affords flexibility for family obligations - Full of lovely people with talent spread across the organization - Highly competent engineering team - Market provides dynamic product challenges

      - Impossible to explain what we do to my family - Typical startup challenges and stressors

      Pros

      coworkers are great people trying to make things work.

      Cons

      Leadership is directionless and emotionally volatile. Constant changes to the price of the product. Grasping for differentiators that just aren't there. Firing employees without warning or reason Zero company moral CTO is ok but too passive to make an impact on culture. CEO couldn't run a lemonade stand, much less a infosec company
