Pros

There is nothing you can appreciate about this company. Not even single thing the one can tell. I wonder how people are making positive reviews here that's really strange. They will make you work like labourer and pay you less wages compared to market. No Saturday off, less than 12 leaves, no employee welfare at all.

Cons

Get ready for the deduction in your salary even if you take an extra off, no matter at what profile you are they will make you work as per their requirement, that includes calling customers like a call center, pay scales are too low.

Honestly, I did not find any meaningful positives worth highlighting. Any contributions made by junior employees were rarely acknowledged, and credit was often centralized at the management level.

No salary hike or career growth for long-term employees. Poor and unprofessional communication from management. High dependency on single resources without proper recognition or compensation. Lack of clear structure, feedback, or future roadmap. Lack of salary hikes and career progression despite long-term contribution. Unprofessional communication from management and a culture where managers position themselves as unquestionable while taking credit for team efforts. High dependency on junior resources without recognition, feedback, or fair compensation. No transparent performance reviews, growth roadmap, or employee-first mindset.

Pros

You get PF on 20th of every month and salary comes after first week

Cons

There is no HR in Company.🤣🤣 Be ready to come on gazetted holidays. Which were only 5 in a year. The company relies on very outdated technology, which makes development slower and less efficient. Salary increments and promotions are infrequent, even for consistent performers. Some senior employees do not maintain a professional attitude, affecting team morale.
