The next huge success out of SA for sure. No place for complacency or taking things easy, you will be challenged to grow beyond your comfort zone but for people who do want to learn and grow and be challenged, it's a very rewarding experience. Very supportive team members, easy going communication, good environment for talent to collaborate.
Cons
Sometimes work hours can be long and you'll have to wear different hats because it's a small team doing a lot of things. But that's not terrible when you think of it.
