Pros
Amazing work environment, no layoff philosophy, associate owned company. I started as a machine operator, and now I'm an engineer. Veteran friendly workplace that supports their associates development (both personal and professional). Excellent benefits, profit sharing and stock options are a HUGE perk as well. By far the best place I've worked for, and because of the retirement matching (.25 on the dollar up to 6% of your wages) and the ESOP, I'll probably be able to retire at 55 with no financial worries. Do you want to fill your pockets with greenbacks? Come work here, and fall in love with the product, and you will do quite well.
Cons
Some engineering roles don't have much room for growth after about 12 years. You will most likely be looking at a leadership position, or going to some other engineering field within the company (but it's limited).
