I worked at Hypertherm North America for 9 years. I was put on a discipline program for two reasons that broke no rules or policies. my boss was offended. nobody could show me a rule or policy that I broke. I successfully completed this program. I reported sexual harassment at one point. I was fired for reporting sexual harassment. I was told after I reported sexual harassment that they fired me under employment at will.
