Pros

You get an hour lunch. The pay is almost on par with other companies in the connector industry but thats to entice you to stay and to put up with the politics and terrible management.

Cons

The executive management team needs a complete overhaul from the top down. They have poor ethics and horrible decisions are made on a whim. No consideration for the workers on the floor. Terrible managers are just kept in their position for years or decades and no retraining or corrections are made for their mismanagement. People are fired all the time for stupid reasons. They suck at hiring so there is an unbelievable amount of turnover. The employees have a game they play to guess who will quit or get fired each week! No stability. Its the managers against the little people, who have no voice. Jobs outsourced to Mexico. People are afraid to speak up to management because they are afraid they will lose their jobs. Very stressful environment and its all about margin and screwing the customer.

Pros

Compensation is okay The core product is good, the connectors designed 15 years ago are fine. All new products fail due to internal issues and poor management.

Cons

Jobs sent to Mexico Very poor communication, many poor managers and much waste on projects. Most projects fail. Very poor customer relations.
