Pros
The reputation of the agency, the client list and most of the people are really nice. Very remote friendly, too.
Cons
Burnout central: unrealistic workload expectations, especially for those mid-level. Two people have left this year because of burn out, specifically. Only join if you're an adrenaline and cortisol junkie workaholic who thrives off working 12+ hour days and weekends to survive.
