Mismanagement - Administration Manager I Can Read Employee Review

• No HR department • No Business manager • No general manager • was never told the extend of the role (was basically running the business with no prior experience and was totally open and honest about my employment history) • for the work I was doing the pay was bare minimum • Very VERY poor communication from owner of the company, had to find out information from other staff members which directly involved myself
