      Pros

      Being a small company, it was easy to get to know everyone else working here. At the same time, it was easy to grow a lot as an intern.

      Cons

      The company was dying at the time I was managing and there was not much prospect to have a secure full time position here.

      Flexible schedule, Friendly co-workers, A lot of inspiration for future projects, Company is growing at a fast rate, Defenders of Open Source and Open Hardware.

      With so many ideas, shipping, and projects going on it is very easy to make a mess; cleanliness needs to improve.
