      None if same management team! This company tag to Kingsmen only!

      Cons

      No extra rest time or leave replacement if you work addition OT or weekend for 2days event. Totally no replacement leave! For transport allowen totally no enough for cover early setup/register attend or late night teardown work! I can’t give 0 star!

      Management team is toxic. Projects quantity is high and non-manageable but boss doesn't care.

      Pros

      Nice coworkers at most, but we only bond from our suffering

      Cons

      Work loads too heavy, too many projects to tackle. There are downtimes but it feels very unstable where there would be nothing to do for a while and then suddenly no sleep for months on end. Really no work-life balance. No overtime pay but you are required to finish whats on hand even if it costs you months of sleepless nights. You will also be contacted on days you are sick or on vacation.
