The working conditions at my department were unacceptable, with zero support from the management. Discrimination between senior and junior staff with the senior being more favored. Unmotivated staff who some of them are trying for the best. Lack of staff and incorrect distribution of shifts makes the situation worse because it’s impossible to manage many and difficult patients alone. In addition, if you make any request for a change, the manager gives you as many excuses as he can to avoid refer the issue to the management. As for the salary, they hire you with the minimum salary despite the difficult working environment and the huge responsibility that you must have with the patients.
