The company encourages self driven employees and gives them great amount of independence to make their own decisions. Payment is on par with the market average. Getting to the building is fairly easy. Teamwork is easy because teams are usually small and easy to manage.
Cons
Worked for IT only to find out this is not a technology driven company, so people will often treat you like "the guy who will fix the computer" instead of an activity partner that can create technology to support business. Food is outrageously expensive, benefits are ridiculous. Among all criticism is the glaring excess of management layers that ultimately blind you from what the final client really wants/needs. You will often find the company hiring novices as specialists and expecting them to deliver great stuff on time, which never happens.
