- Very flexible work hours.. Work from home.. paid maternity leaves.. great place to learn and grow if you are determined and hard working. shocked to read most reviews here.. it is very unfair.. i have seen this company inside out .. specially in india.. this was a den of slackers.. those who would do politics and get people fired and stay on themselves for years while complaining to all new joinees especially good ones and filling their heads with wrong info about the company.. these good ones would eventually get fired... no one realised that these people who filled their heads with wrong trash never left the company? why? the bad employees have been given the pink slip now.. some people were actually fired few months ago but that was unfortunate..happens in all companies .. if you are a hard worker and want to grow in online sector.. this is the place to be... i left recently for a much higher salary package.. the place is not half as bad as it is described here.. looks like IBT guys dont care for bad reviews... and their bad eggs (employees) when they feel the heat they fill it here with trash. i worked in the india team.
