No pros as they are nicro managing everything.
Cons
1). Lot of micro management for salary. 2). Salary always not on time. They usually mentioned in offer letter as "on and around 7th of every month". But they are giving by 12 or 13th. 4). If you take leave in first week of the month then they will hold or delay your salary and not give you until you join and work for 10 days. 5). Please do not join this company as they are not providing payslips and pf also not there. Salary is not on time. Also, no appraisal despite they are earning good. 6). Megma consultancy is a fraud they will also not in favour of any employee. They will not tell you everything and support this chindi employer(amit goenka) and manu parmar. Also they are giving work from home only for their favourable employees like manu, and others. For timings also, they are not following good ethics. Also, by 7.30pm they have rented their office to some other company. They will not provide you experience certificate as well as there is no process here. 1st interview taken by manu parmar Manu's behavior is not good. If you join then there is no self respect. 2nd interview taken by abdul Micro management = chindi chori They are not providing you parking and will charge you for bike and car parking from your ctc without your knowledge or acknowledgement.
