Lower grade people are nice and join the institution for a noble cause. But the management remains to be discutable, especially on the politics aspects, this is sometime too much and the new CEO needs see much better and deeply all actual Directors around him.
Cons
Inequality and the Group HR policy should be reviewed seriously. A lot of discrimination occurred in the employee conditions. For a MDB, this is very questionable. Also a lot of no sense decision from direct management (division head notably). Some of them do not hesitate to blackmail people under them and it looks like moral harassment in some ways. Which is very dangerous for the reputation of the institution.
