Pros
None. They try too hard to be fun and high energy and it just comes off as pretentious. Very strange and uncomfortable work environment.
Cons
You have to go door to door and annoy people for their personal finances. Not a job for those with dignity or respect for others. You become one of those people who wear matching vests and knock on peoples' doors during dinner.
