      Friendly environment for new workers from BOTH management and co-workers, Outstanding pay and benefits, Outstanding company who looks out for safety and well-being of all employees, An opportunity I never dreamed I would GET.

      Cons

      NONE as far as I see it but some people may say shift work.

      I learned so much and got so many skills that I still use to this day. Fun culture.

      Pros

      Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.

      Cons

      Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
