      interesting work, some great people working there

      leadership is extremely bad. they are incompetent, set unreasonable expectations, offer no support, guidance or expertise and are quick to play the blame game. low pay and large workloads. Frequent and unpredictable layoffs and high turnover leaving the remaining staff holding the bag.
