Pros

* Exposure to top industry players * One month at ICONIQ is like spending 5 months at an industry competitor, experience-wise * Fast growth

Cons

* Lack of diversity at the management level. Strong bro-culture. While ICONIQ attempts to host female-led events, they fall flat when actually making hiring decisions. Upperlevel management is at least 80% male. * Colleagues are stretched too thin with no support * Highly political to a point where it damages client and vendor relations * Senior and mid-level management lack experience and ability to communicate * Chaotic environment with a lot of change but no communication * High turnover If you get an offer at ICONIQ, consider interviewing with other firms first before taking it.

Pros

The People were amazing, so willing to connect and impart their knowledge! Relatively younger crowd and great free snacks and office environment.

Cons

Building at the time had some issues, but now they're in a brand new building!

Pros

After over a year at ICONIQ the things that stand out to me: Folks are kind and incredibly smart - lots to learn. Lots of autonomy to do my work - good level of trust. Benefits are great - I feel taken care of - wellness stiped, partial cell phone reimbursement, Health covered, good PTO accrual Great EA community - very fun to work this crew!

Cons

With 500+ employees it's harder to have very close connections vs a start up or smaller office Benefits that could be better but not the end of the world - only commuter benefit is pre-tax parking and public transit. Once a month lunch provided, otherwise, lunch is on your own.
