They don't care about employees - Anonymous employee ICT Group Employee Review

Employees are treated like stock. There is 0 connection or support. I was part of a bad contract with a customer, where the customer was not properly informed and things were constantly hidden from them. I was not allowed to mention things to the customer, and when all started to fail I was the one to take the blame. Flex way of working in the offices at ICT is not good. I found myself having to sit in different place every other day, huge waste of time and demotivation.
