Get paid peanuts for working like a robot. No time for recreation, at all times people are watching over and making you feel uncomfortable. The higher positions do not talk with respect, have seen quite senior people being thrashed and mocked upon. They is unnecessary pressure and no provision to work from home. Most of the days, worked for more than 10 hours a day, without any compensation.
