And the best part is, they offer to help you grow, and let’s just say it’s all talk, but no show! So the pro is if you’re that good, there’s possibility of counter offer to make more!
Cons
They say they’re a technology forward company, but that’s because they finally implemented salesforce, which is still in the works since there have been many complications in integrating with their other systems that are viable to their employers and customers due to the lack of expertise in the IT department. If that’s what you consider technology driven, then everyone else must be AI driven! Like I said, they’re all talk, but no show!
