I started off in an entry level position and with the guidance of great leaders, vision, support and direction, I have advanced in to a leadership role. The organization believes in creating and sustaining growth, innovation, and advancement within its teams. They truly care, listen and support each team member, make sound business decisions with both the internal and external business partners in mind. Though I’ve had multiple opportunities and am regularly contacted by recruiters and other carriers, I can say that I truly say that ICW is where I belong. Top leaderships moral compass is aligned with that my families and a strong culture for giving back to our communities The department in which I work has less than a 5% turnover rate annually with most team members having a high average tenure.

Pay rate is average for the industry which limits bringing in newer top tier talent, if you want best you have to invest in them.
