Took a long time to get some of my personal telecoms equipment (Phone / Tablet) organised, Because this is a relatively new formation of a company, that has been long established previously from another organisation, it is going to take time to totally change some old, less well regarded views and opinions among certain individuals. More information on end user logged issues would be beneficial to the field engineering department.
