      Nothing..it is just a waste of time.

      No Salary on Time (Lag of 2 months i.e. June salary you will get on August), Nothing to learn, Boring contract job, Everything is Nonsense, Please don't waste your time...... NOTE: This company is not at all good in India

      Pros

      Able to see how a small firm can penny pinch and squeeze the most out of an employee

      Cons

      The management is cheap and will look to reduce your salary and benefits. You have outdated computers. Management is not interested in putting any more money into the business. It is privately held by a family.
