Pros
Can't think of any Pros…actually if you are a workaholic and love constant chaos, Idis may just be the one for you. They pay is decent, for those who's CV's won't attract the top REAL pharmaceutical companies.
Cons
Plastic People Workaholics only prosper here Lack of organization The highest turnaround of employees I've ever witnessed, the sole reason the I.T department were so busy. Not a very friendly environment at all. More suited for sharks, it's completely sales orientated despite the once in a while remainder that the company are all about helping the ill.
