Pros

Most teams have better work life balance. Good leave policy - around 29 pl in a year with limited carryforward system Festivals celebrations Good for taking initial level of exp.

Cons

If you are in build/service - the work is done on sitecore platform which is customized and not core so keep in mind that when you want to switch this will not going to help in it and be ready to learn from yourself. Upper mang. is not stable - in my course of 4 years i have seen multiple changes in board members

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience with work-life balance, leave policies, and team culture. We also want to provide some context on leadership continuity. While changes at executive level can sometimes feel significant, two transitions over a four-year period is not unusual in PE-backed organisations, where leadership evolution is often part of long-term strategic development. That said, we understand that consistency in leadership is important for teams, and we remain focused on ensuring clear direction and stability alongside ongoing growth.

Pros

IDX gives you room to actually do your job. The leadership team trusts experienced people to think, challenge ideas, and make decisions instead of micromanaging. Collaboration across teams is real, not just something talked about in meetings. Smart people, solid process, and a genuine push to adapt as marketing and AI continue to evolve. If you care about outcomes and not just optics, this is a good place to work. There’s also a healthy respect for work life balance, especially compared to many agencies. Expectations are clear, communication is direct, and performance is measured on impact rather than hours logged.

Cons

Like most growing organizations, things can move fast and priorities can shift. That can be uncomfortable if you need everything perfectly defined before moving forward. Some processes are still evolving, which is the tradeoff for not being overly rigid.

Pros

The culture here is a standout. People are genuinely collaborative, helpful, and respectful of each other’s time. As a Project Manager in a performance marketing environment, I’ve appreciated how cross-functional teams partner to solve problems quickly and keep work moving. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and there’s a healthy emphasis on work-life balance, which makes it easier to do great work without burning out.

Cons

There is a documented 30-day ramp for new hires, which is helpful, but the learning curve can still be steep depending on the role/team. You need to be a strong self-starter to consistently hit that timeline, and some processes are learned through experience rather than through fully standardized, role-specific training.
