Pros

Working at IEM continues to be an incredible adventure. A place where you can push your mind and skills to their limits and discover what you’re made of. As I’ve indicated, this opportunity is not for the faint hearted. What I mean is that this company is TRULY an innovative company to its core. There is no one who is as intense, passionate and as supportive as Madhu. Most people who quickly glance at us and learn about us recently know only of our successes. However, the company’s beginnings were humble and Madhu built the place practically from the ground up. I’ve been with the company for almost a decade and I can attest to the fact that it hasn’t always been smooth sailing. But through determination, hard work, and passion we’ve build a name for ourselves that our clients associate with reliability and trustworthiness. It was challenging but we succeeded! Being innovative is really challenging. Many people simply like being part of an innovative company but have NO idea what it truly means and what they are getting themselves into. This environment will encourage open thinking, to deconstruct every fiber of your emotions and fear that you’ve built for yourself over the years and to use facts and science as your compass. In my 9 years with this company, I’ve seen many come and go, adding invaluable experiences (good and not so good) that helped us grow and mature. At the end, if you're passionate, courageous and open minded, I challenge you to join us and I hope to do great things with you one day!

Cons

It’s a special breed of people that find working with us enjoyable. It’s not for everyone and that’s ok. Like most of life, one needs patience and passion in abundance. I think one "Con" that exists is a side effect of one of our values of taking ownership. Sometimes when everyone's working passionately on various important projects, some can be taking ownership on the same projects in parallel and create confusion which can lead to inefficiencies and frustration. Today, we are building better systems to improve our dynamic work environments and I'm excited that our collective leadership and experienced management teams are working quickly to create these building blocks for all of us to work more harmoniously.

Pros

Good salary, colleagues, IT team.

Cons

Bad "leaders", Poor Human Resource, Poor management, micromanagement at its finest, poor communication, no professional growth, unclear expectations, deadlines and goals, toxic environment, it seems promotions are for those with harassment cases, no recognition, no remote work and if they give one remote day, they take it off if there's a holiday on the week (makes no sense), you have to pay to go to work (you have to pay the parking).
