Pros
My experience at IEM was overwhelmingly good from start to finish. I have nothing bad to say about the company or anyone who works here. I would only say that this is the right work environment for people who know what they want and are motivated enough to go after it.
Cons
None. I left for personal reasons, but I would have stayed if it had been possible for me to do so.
