Good place to start. Always work to do. The people you work with are helpful and full of tips to make he job easier.
Cons
Disconnect between upper management and field workers. Work can get hectic and overloaded with focus wanted more on numbers then quality for paperwork.

Can Cause Mental Stress
You can work hours after your end time with nothing being said, but so help you god if your 30 seconds late you will be lucky if you still have a job.
