Business outlook
Pros
Strong strategic direction across most (if not all) it's business units and subsidiaries. The organization is made up of good people and an excellent place to work. Benefits are better than almost anyplace else. IT has had its ups and downs, but for the most part, its foundation is secure, and the team often perseveres.
Cons
There is always a lot is going on, can be very fast paced, especially in the IT organization. A lot of pressure to modernize and innovate despite competing priorities.
