      Decent salary, compared to lab technicians in other fields. Good benefits package compared to some other fragrance houses (company match to 401k & contribution towards insurance premiums).

      Cons

      Slow to promote. Lacking clear internal ladder for employee growth. Top heavy: too many managers, very small teams. Takes a long time to earn more vacation days.

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
