      Not a hard job if you work slowly and pay attention at all times.

      Cons

      Incredibly way too many 1st shift “leaders” / managers. No accountability for much of anyone either. Favoritism and nepotism is rampant.

      Pay is good, benefits are solid.

      Cons

      Garbage fire of a company. Leadership likes telling each other stories that aren't based in reality, and they won't fix the long term issues that matter. R&D severely underinvested in. Impossible to influence anyone who matters as they only listen up.
