Company culture's facilitate change of career path which also includes moving to its several locations globally. Overall work environment is positive and respectful. Good pension fund for employees.
Cons
Counterproductive long-term hiring freeze (since 2019), several departments overloaded. No career path mentoring program, several roles with limited career growth. Salary benefits are not interesting. Double standards from management is often seen, rules only apply for those with low networking/push. Work environment can be perceived as boring for young employees.
