      compensation is decent and has the potential to grow

      Cons

      no work life balance. management wants to employ a skeleton crew and make other shifts cover over for peoples PTO instead of having enough trained staff to operate each shift without imposing on the employees off time

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
