Very friendly and competent management. Very flexible work hours. Very compassionate and positive atmosphere. Offers insurance even to part time employees. The employees are always smiling and helpful and that can really bring up the mood. This was a good first job when I was in High School. It's a really tight knit place and everyone always seems to watch out for each other.
