Bad management from top. Super micro management daily. An unresolvable old sea food total jerk creative director have NO creativity, lazy but only play politics everyday. A horribly mean admin creating blocks for daily job flow. Constant overloaded works and always always text you crazily on weekend or holiday. Terrible on work training.

Good locations and small team

Too stressful and too heavy workloads. No work life balance
