Expect way to much - Security Officer IIdon Security Employee Review

Below inflation adjusted salary, way to much walking, have to deal with crazy, on drugs and homeless people. Building owners and management couldn't care less about security, unless it's something they can blame on us. Company never informs us of promotional opportunities, these are sent to the managers. It's a catch 22, if management has good people, they don't want to loose them, so they never tell anybody about advancements. Some officers call off, then your expected to do your job, and theirs too!
