      You get lots of vacation days and the pto builds over time

      Cons

      Some of the WORST managment I’ve ever experienced. They treat their employees badly. They forget we are here to above all else EARN A LIVING. They take advantage of vulnerable people and cause lots of stress and anxiety.

      Pros

      This is the most friendly and caring office I have ever worked at. The management team goes out of their way to make sure that you are happy and enjoy working here. The benefits are top tier.

      Cons

      The only office option is in Wilmington, Having the option to work from home for all employees not just account managers would be ideal.

      Pros

      Excellent company that’s takes care employees and offers opportunity for growth for go-getters. The benefits and paid time off are excellent.

      Cons

      Dead weight employees are not reprimanded so the slack is picked up by others. Poor management in past years has set limited company growth
