Pros
Team mates are nice to work with. The campuses are easy to reach by TTC. This company will give you Canadian experience, lots of other immigrants. New Ceo more professional than old one.
Cons
Pay very low for number of work tasks and students you have to help, non stop tickets and managers side with students if you fall behind. No help to get promoted or trained. The managers are managers because they are friends with leaders or been around long time, not fairly based on talent. A lot of bad managers who change their mind daily and no one in the team understands what the department should be like. Some managers in the job because of bad things. A lot of the work has gone slow or now shut off, lots of people lost jobs. ILAC was known for culture, but now only about money. ILAC much smaller company now because not much new work.
