Great Place to work! - Program Manager IMAT Solutions Employee Review

I disagree with the other post, I currently work here and I would give this company a much higher review. There are problems just like any place, but the company is very happy to let you learn and grow. Letting you take on projects that help you learn to improve yourself in your career as well as the company. Plus unlike the pictures above we actually have all brand new chairs. :) They also have a strong bonus of a fully stocked kitchen replenished every Monday. You just have to obviously work in the state and be in the office to enjoy them... We are a thriving company with all of our clients implemented and are going strong.

There could be better communication between the high end management and employees. Specifically with balancing what work needs to be done versus the available workforce to get it done.

It is very very hard to find a "PRO" for this company.....bad news since day one. Nothing but A EXEC that is a bully and just a bad individual to work for. Lies and false information about most anything, company has not gotten A new client for 3 years, website is the same, they are outdated. this is a lost leader for the investors.....

Many, the environment is just TERRIBLE, things falling out of the ceiling, chairs you would not sit on with your jeans, bullying CEO and reason company lost 40/51 people last year!
